This month at Jolt

November is here and that means it’s almost time for Huffin’ for the Stuffin’! 🦃💪 Good luck to all our athletes competing this month! We can’t wait to see you throw down and represent Jolt out there!

We’re also kicking off new programming through Training Think Tank this month! This cycle will focus on building strength and power, with highlights including a 1RM Split Jerk, 1RM Back Squat, and classic workouts like DT and Fran. It’s going to be a fun and challenging block designed to keep you moving, motivated, and getting stronger week after week.

Let’s finish the year strong together. ⚡

Important Dates

November 8th, 9:00am:

We’ll be taking on Chad 1000x, a hero workout honoring Navy SEAL Chad Wilkinson, featuring 1,000 box step-ups. One class only this day.

November 9th & 15th, 2:00pm:

Come get some practice in for Huffin' for the Stuffin'! Plan your strategies, work on movements, and get some practice rounds in!

November 22nd:

Huffin' for the Stuffin' Showdown at CrossFit PowerHour 🦃 If anyone would like to volunteer to be a judge, let us know!

When did you start CrossFit?

2017

Why did you join CrossFit Jolt?

I joined CrossFit Jolt to get strong before starting a family, and after having my daughter, I wanted to keep that strength to lift her, keep up with her, and show her how to be a strong woman. For me, fitness is about how it makes you feel, not just how you look a message I want to pass on to my kids.

What do you like most about Jolt?

Jolt is family. I have been through so much and always have my Jolt family there in joyful times and during some of the most challenging moments in my life. I am so very grateful.

Have you done any other sports in the past?

I played Field hockey all through high school and was even on a travel team.

What is your favorite movement?

Do you even have to ask? Deadlifts of course.

Would you rather do 500 wallballs or 250 cal bike?

Deadlifts why is that not an option, I guess bike so I can close my eyes and pretend I am riding though the park.
