This month at Jolt
Huge congratulations to everyone who took on the Community Cup workouts last month. So many PRs, big efforts, and lots of team spirit!
And an even bigger thank you to everyone who’s been a part of this past year at Jolt! Your support, energy, and commitment are what make CrossFit Jolt such an incredible place to train, grow, and connect.
Here’s to an even stronger year ahead!
Open Gym Access
This month, we’ll begin rolling out Open Gym Access for Unlimited Members! This means you’ll soon be able to train on your own at the gym outside of regular class times.
You may have noticed a few new security cameras in the gym. These are required for insurance and safety to monitor access to the space during Open Gym hours. We’re also installing an automatic lock on the main door that members will be able to open through an app.
More details, including requirements and guidelines for using Open Gym, will be shared in a separate email soon. Stay tuned!

When did you start CrossFit?
2013
Why CrossFit? Did you do any other sports in the past?
CrossFit was new when I started and I like the competition and varied workouts. I played most sports when I was younger.
What is your favorite movement?
Dumbbell snatch.
Do you have a goal that you want to accomplish this year?
Make it back to 4 or 5 days a week.
Would you rather do 1000 Toes To Bar or 1000 Burpees?
1000 burpees.
