When did you start CrossFit?
It was when I first moved to Lambertville, I think around 2015? CrossFit Jolt has been my home gym for so long, I forget how long I’ve been here!
Why CrossFit? Did you do any other sports in the past?
I really enjoy the variety of functional movements, diversity of the programming, and the fact that I don’t have to plan my own workouts! I played a variety of sports growing up (Track and Field, Football, Baseball) and always enjoyed the camaraderie that comes from being in a team atmosphere. CrossFit Jolt in particular is extremely similar in that everyone is supportive of each other’s progress and goals regardless of skill level.
What is your favorite movement?
Rope climbs! We don’t do them nearly enough!
Do you have a goal that you want to accomplish this year?
Consistent bar muscle ups (linked if I can).
Would you rather do 1000 Toes To Bar or 1000 Burpees?
Toes to Bar (as long as my hands don’t rip).
