• Air Squat workshop
• Intro “WOD” – workout of the day *
*Please Note: a workout at the end of your intro is optional and if you do not wish to have a workout at the end, please indicate a “No Sweat Intro” option below. All of the workouts are adjusted and modified to the individual athletes level of fitness and abilities
