At CrossFit Jolt we deal with diversity every day and understand that all of our athletes come from different backgrounds and have different goals and abilities. Below, we have outlined a suggested path towards a successful and safe CrossFit lifestyle.

  1. Schedule your FREE Intro to CrossFit session

What?

A One on One CrossFit training session and fitness evaluation with one of our coaches. During this session you will be introduced to the basic concepts of CrossFit as well as participate in an intro WOD (workout of the day). During this session one of our certified coaches will be able to make an assessment on your general physical fitness level and recommend you to one of our programs to get you started. Your safety and your health are extremely important to us; that is why we will work closely with you to design a program that fits your needs and abilities.

2. Join your track:   CrossFit Beginners  | CrossFit On-Ramp |  CrossFit WOD

CrossFit Beginners:

      • 1 month long
      • Detailed review and execution of CrossFit fundamentals
      • All classes are customized to individual skill/fitness level
      • Small classes
      • Schedule: 6am & 4:30pm M-F book your spot here

CrossFit On-Ramp:

      • 3 One on One sessions  with a coach (60 min long)
      • Detailed review and execution of CrossFit fundamentals
      • All classes are customized to individual skill/fitness level

CrossFit WOD

      • Enjoy friendly competition while getting in the best shape of your life
      • Constantly varied MetCon, Olympic Weightlifting and Gymnastics elements performed at high intensity
